The Pentair Pool team identified a new customer target and wanted to test direct marketing. Using uplifting language, we crafted messaging that raised awareness with the primary audience, validated decisions of pool owners who had already spoken to a Pentair dealer, and persuaded nay-sayers to reconsider their decision.
